Claire Shaffer, Yoga Therapist and Instructor
Claire Shaffer has been teaching yoga in the Bay Area since 2005. She is certified to teach both Ashtanga and Purusha Yoga, and is also a certified Yoga Therapist.
As a practitioner, Claire loves to get of out the city and reconnect with that sense of peace so easily found in nature. As a teacher, Claire is dedicated to helping her students reconnect with their truest selves and to that sense of peace within.
Her classes are joyful explorations of the 8-limbed system of classic Yoga.

David has always led an active life with a background in competitive gymnastics and professional ballet. Along with being a certified personal trainer, David is also an ISMA certified pilates instructor and sports nutrition consultant.
David’s passion lies in training and motivating people to meet and exceed their fitness goals. Whatever someone’s current fitness level is or is not doesn’t matter to David. "Just come in for a workout, give your best effort, and have a blast."

Eric Shaw, Yoga Instructor

Eric began his focus on Eastern practices over twenty years ago, with Buddhism and meditation. His route toward yoga has taken him through tai chi, tae kwon do, aikido, chi gong and other techniques. Zhander Ramete, with his yogic emphasis on the movement of prana (life energy) has been his main teacher, but he’s worked closely with Tony Briggs, Arkady Shirin, Karl Erb, Sianna Sherman and the Anusara tradition, too. His form, Prasana Yoga, teaches alignment in moving and still posework, meditative awareness and energy cultivation.

Eugenia Salomon, Pilates Instructor
Eugenia was first introduced to Pilates as a result of a dance injury and then continued to study Pilates because of the immense personal benefits she experienced. Following years of dance and yoga, she went on to receive her formal Pilates training and certification through Body Arts and Sciences International. More recently her work has been influenced by her continued education with Lizz Roman and Erik Franklin (including training in Pilates for rehab, and the use of dynamic imagery towards reconditioning movement and posture).
Eugenia has an abiding fascination with the relationship of mind and body in physical and psychological healing. She holds a Bachelor from New School for Social Research as well as a Masters in Psychology through Pacifica Graduate Institute. She is currently completing her training towards licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
As a Pilates instructor Eugenia assists her clients on their path towards a more holistic sense of well-being through renewed strength, balance, and fitness. She believes that embracing ones imperfections and weaknesses is the best way to access hidden strengths and healing potential. |

Jenna encourages an exploration of oneself while guiding students to greater vitality, flexibility and ease in their bodies through Interdisciplinary Yoga. Drawing on elements of traditional Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Kripalu, Anusara and Urban Flow styles of Yoga, she incorporates basic breath work and movement inquiries.

Jessica Archer, Yoga Instructor
Jessica began her journey into the depths of yoga in 1997, and continues to find new twists and turns on the path each day! She hopes to offer her students the possibilities of limitless expansion in their bodies, hearts and lives, along with the choice to connect to their own truth and potential in every moment. She teaches playful, challenging classes with a focus on alignment, breath and connection to one’s own heart.
Jessica is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor (RYT), whose classes are wildly inspired by her studies and training in Anusara Yoga. She is currently on the long path towards Anusara certification. Laura is committed to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. That includes a balance between training hard, working hard, eating right and remembering to relax and enjoy life every day. She has extensive experience in sports conditioning and
training. She was an All American on the Wheaton College Field Hockey team, and is the Coach of the San Francisco University High School Field Hockey team.
Laura is certified in mat pilates, she teaches outdoor boot camps, and is an avid biker and runner. Her sports background lends itself to her intense and efficient training style. She will safely guide you through functional training methods coupled with plyometrics and pilates. She will motivate and excite you into transforming your body and improving your health. Laura believes, "It is important to have fun while getting fit. What's the point if you can't enjoy it?"

Leslie's passion and excitement for health and fitness is extremely contagious. Born in Hawaii, she has spent her life bouncing between Oahu, Northern California, Aspen, Michigan, Manhattan, and Italy before happily settling down in San Francisco. She earned her BA in classical voice from the Manhattan School of Music. Along with music, weight management, health, and fitness have always been a focus of her energies. She thrives in motivating and inspiring people with an enthusiastic push to help her clients achieve their fitness goals.
Leslie is certified by the National Personal Training Institute as well as in Spin and Mat Pilates. She also teaches an early morning Boot Camp - rise and shine! Her training style incorporates functional and practical methods with high energy circuit training and an emphasis on core stability. She is not afraid to push you to your limits in a safe and fun manner.

Monique's classes integrate breath and movement to bring ease and strength to the mind and body. Students learn to combine joyous energetic flow with carefully detailed alignment as they explore the fundamentals of yoga practice. Monique uses compassion and humor to engage students in this sometimes difficult, always rewarding practice.
Monique is a graduate of the San Francisco Integral Yoga Institute's teacher training program, and has been teaching actively since 2000. Her practice is greatly influenced by her teachers Sri Louise and Augusta Moore, and by more than 20 years of dance experience.

Rebecca Zito, Yoga Instructor
Rebecca began practicing yoga in 2000, never expecting it to become such a large part of her life. First drawn to the physical practice – she became more intrigued by yogic philosophies, its calming affects and importance of breath – yoga suddenly began appearing in all aspects of her life. Wanting to learn more she earned her Purusha Yoga certification in 2007.
Her class incorporates a strong asana practice with breath work and meditation. She enjoys creating classes that are a journey of self-discovery, inner-strength and grace. Always a student of ballet – Rebecca loves playing with movement and creating flow series that seem to dance. Imagine coming to a place where you can move freely in the moment – that’s where she hopes her classes will take you.

Sophia Campbell, Yoga Instructor

Sophia began her teaching career in 2001. She combines elements of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga techniques in her classes. Think of it as an exploration of the body and psyche through the use of breath and movement. Her experience with movement includes almost 14 years of classical ballet and modern dance.

Sydney is certified pilates and yoga instructor and has been teaching private and group classes around the Bay Area for several
years. Her classes incorporate Ashtanga yoga, dance techniques, and pilates based excersises to tone, stretch, and strengthen the entire body.
Born in San Francisco and raised in Marin County, Sydney graduated from UC Berkeley in 2004 with a BA degree in Art. She enjoys painting and cooking and is currently studying nutrition and holistic health.
